Inventory and fulfillment

Receiving, picking, counting, shipping and reordering, all from one count of what's on hand.

What we build

  • Scan to stock

    Batch and serial inventory tracking

Every unit is tracked by its batch or serial number, so one scan receives it, shelves it and counts it. Stock levels come from real movements, and the scanners work offline.

Best fordistributors, producers and resellers that track inventory by the unit or the batch

    Includes

    • Tracking by batch or serial number
    • Handheld receiving
    • Offline scanning
    • Locations and bins
  • Pick and pack

    Pick, pack and ship

Every hand-off from shelf to truck is logged with a time and a name. Anything on hold, recalled, expired or still waiting on a lab result stops at the pick.

Best forwarehouses that must record who handled each unit and when

    Includes

    • Totes and chain of custody
    • Hold, recall and test checks
    • Transport records
  • Cycle counts

    Cycle counting and adjustments

Counts are compared with what the system expects, and each difference becomes a proposed adjustment with a reason. Nothing changes until a supervisor approves it.

Best foroperations that answer to an auditor, a regulatory agency or a lender

    Includes

    • Count sessions
    • Adjustment approvals
  • Shipping documents

    Shipping documents and labels

Paperwork is built from what was actually picked, so it matches the load. Carrier, driver and vehicle fill in on their own, and a rejected line drafts its credit memo.

Best forcompanies whose shipping paperwork has to match what left the dock

    Includes

    • Documents from the pick
    • Rejections to credit memos
    • Versioned label templates
  • Inventory analytics

    Inventory analytics and reordering

Sell-through and lead times are watched for every item, and the reorder is drafted before stock runs out. Slow movers are listed with what they're worth on the shelf.

Best forcompanies that stock product in one building or many

    Includes

    • Reorder drafting
    • Slow movers and dead stock

Technical detail

How it's built

For the IT lead or the accountant who has to integrate it, audit it or sign off on it.

  • The batch or serial number, or the regulatory label where there is one, is the key of every movement. On-hand is calculated from movements and never typed in.
  • Handheld capture runs on rugged Android devices with a camera or a Bluetooth scanner, and an offline queue syncs on reconnect under explicit conflict rules.
  • Stock is row-locked at allocation, so two pickers can never commit the same unit to two orders.
  • Totes hold batches and bind to orders. Every hand-off records a custody timestamp and a person, and dispatch adds the carrier, driver and vehicle.
  • Counts write adjustment proposals with reason codes. Nothing changes on-hand until an approver accepts the proposal, and the approval is part of the audit trail.
  • Hold, recall, expiry and lab-status checks run at allocation and again at the pick. Transfer documents are built from the picked lines, and a rejected line drafts its credit memo.
