Membership organizations
Nonprofits, clubs and programs running on forms, spreadsheets and a shared inbox.
- “Registration, waitlists and check-in live in three forms and a shared inbox.”
- “The waitlist is a spreadsheet someone updates by hand.”
- “We cannot say for certain who actually showed up.”
One account per family
A parent or guardian manages everyone in the household from one login. Safety and consent details are collected once and appear where staff need them, from the approval screen to the name badge.
Events that never overfill
Registration stops at capacity, the waitlist moves the next person up and notifies them, and a walk-in can be added without promoting someone else by mistake.
Check-in that keeps moving
Members show a code on their phone, staff scan it with the event app, a badge prints, and attendance flows into each member's history.
Messages with delivery logs
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups go out on their own, and every send is logged with its delivery status, so a message that never arrived can be found.
The objection
Our volunteers are not technical.
They do not need to be. Staff tap a list or scan a code, families fill in one form, and the event-day screens are built for a volunteer on their first shift.
Where to start
- Registration and vettingPeople and programsRegistration and vetting collect the safety and consent details a program needs once, then route each application through a review queue with required checks before approval. A family or a manager looks after several profiles from a single login.
- Event registration and capacityPeople and programsEvent registration and capacity fill each event to its limit and never past it. When someone drops out, the waitlist promotes the next person and notifies them, and staff watch registrations and check-ins arrive on one live screen.
- QR check-in and badge printingPeople and programsQR check-in scans the code on each person's phone with the event app, counts the check-in once however many times it is scanned, and prints a name badge. A printer fault never holds up the line.
- Automated messaging with delivery logsPeople and programsAutomated messaging sends confirmations, reminders, approvals and follow-ups from triggers across the program. Every send is logged with its delivery status, so a message that someone says never arrived can be checked.
Questions this answers
- Who registered this season but has not attended yet?
- Which events are full with people waiting?
- Which volunteers have not been assigned this month?
